Bios is a one man project, started somehwere in 2000. This came out of the guy's attraction to old abandoned factories, industrial zones and also was influenced by science fiction. "I decide that it could be great if there was some kind of subculture, uniting people which admire old industrial buildings, high-technologies and listening music, which is similar the industrial sounds or noise, - says the mastermind behind Bios. - Then I found out, that this subculture already exists in Latvia, it's not only in my imagination. So I went to industrial Sturm party and found that it's what I was thinking about! This music charge me with so big energy that I wanted to make it by myself too."

In 2002 Bios have started to perform on industrial parties in Riga and made its first release "Division By Zero", presenting harsh flow of industrial noise. Bios music is full of powerful beats and screaming vocal and it tells about an interaction between human and technology.
