The invasion of Finnish bands to Lithuanian gothic scene continues – this year the organizers of Kunigunda Lunaria are proud to present the melancholic rock/darkwave band from Helsinki - Iconcrash, which recently has released their debut album "Nude". Even if "Nude" is the debut fullenght by Iconcrash, the mastermind of the band Jaani Peuhu couldn't be called the newcommer of the scene – he has played with many Suomi bands, including Deadbabes, which has performed at Kunigunda last year.
The concert list of Iconcrash looks quite impressing – among the bands which Iconcrash played with there was also famous To/Die/For. The main element of Iconcrash music is the mood which it manages to create. It is dark melancholy, the dose of sad romanticism, and emotional voice of the singer, telling strange gloomy stories. Jaani Peuhu describes the music of Iconcrash as somber, ominous, angst-ridden, and brooding. This deep creation should appeal to fans of such groups as Radiohead, Coldplay, cold and depressive rock noir.
