The exclussive Kunigunda Lunaria feature is that the majority of the Festival events take place in the beautiful Vilnius Old Town, which is one of the largest in Eastern Europe (360 ha). The buildings in the old town - there are about 1.5 thousand of them - were built in a number of different centuries, therefore, it is a mixture of all European architectural styles. Although Vilnius is often called a baroque city, here you will find some buildings of gothic, renaissance and other styles. Unique architecture and mystic atmosphere is a perfect medium for the dark Kunigunda gathering...

This year the Festival club is located at the most popular Vilnius rock/beer bar - BIX! Famous for original interior, good cuisine, live rock concerts, rivers of beer and steady all night revels, this club is too well known to all Vilnius citizens and many foreigners. There are 3 floors for You to choose - from a rather laid-back drinking place upstairs to a violent dancefloor in the ancient vaults down there.
During Kunigunda days and nights BIX will provide a special atmosphere, films screening, videos, gothic music, exhibitions, special menu and black crockery! ;) also all the Festival information, maps and parties with DJs sets, of course.

::: club Intro: ::: [Maironio str.3]
A perfect place for modern industrial music in the very center of Vilnius downtown. In few meters there is a legendary Šventaragis Valley park, also the Cathedral square and the most famous gothic building of Lithuania - st.Ann's church. The renewed club has few halls for music (nice industrial quarters in a former printing house), art gallery, cafe and some entertainment. The first night of Kunigunda 2005 will be taking place here.

::: Vaidila theatre ::: [Jakšto str.9]
A neglected former theatre hall is a great place for the main Kunigunda night on saturday. Elegant building in the very center of Vilnius city built in 30-ties of the last century was a citadel of culture in then occupied part of Lietuva. After many glorious moments in the past, this house remains forgotten and silent. Still it has mysterious theatrical atmosphere hidden in the walls, tangled corridors, spacious halls beautified with stuccoworks and chandeliers and frightful basements. Vaidila theatre hosted the concert of the first Kunigunda in 2002, and believe us, there is no better place for Walpurgis Night!

The pub that has outstandingly pleasant atmosphere and ancient vaults inside. It is situated on one of the most beautifull dark streets in the Old Town. In a cozy forecourt of Artistai club the Sunday chill-out concert will be taking place. The Kunigunda club "Bix" is at the hand from here.

::: Zarraza ::: [Pylimo str.44 - in a forecourt]
This underground shop in Vilnius Old Town have gained a cult status. A lot of legal and illegal music of various styles could be find in the dark Zarraza cellar. Also this is the main place in Vilnius where the Kunigunda tickets are on presale.
