Lithuanian cult gothic rock pioneers Siela, sixteen years under the leadership of inexhaustible Aurelijus Sirgedas, rose for the next stage of their music in 2006 after eight long years of silence in the field of new records. "Dali" album that came out at the beginning of the year stuns with its excellent mix of gothic rock of old school - well-known for the audience from the times of "Uþ regëjimo lauko" (Beyond the Vision Field) record, - postmodernist approach and lyrical melancholia. With the new cast, the band has abandoned synthetic spice and delights the audience with its live energy now. Yet, that is not all news in the front of Siela. On the stage of Kunigunda Lunaria Festival, the band will introduce a few new tracks from its new vinyl expected in Autumn. "These are the songs that I have composed for the words of a famous Western poetess who’s already gone," – intrigues the audience the leader of Siela. And, by the way, the band will consist of… eight members on the stage!
