The biggest alternative darkwave music and subcultures festival in Baltic States Kunigunda Lunaria for the 7th time is calling You to the capital of Lithuania - old beautiful Vilnius. This year it will become the top event in festival’s history with legendary Swedish band TIAMAT headlining the great impressive line-up! Just one day before Vilnius date (3rd of May), new TIAMAT album "Amanethes" will be released, - so the Kunigunda audience will be the first to taste new songs of the legendary band on stage!

Kunigunda Lunaria 2008 will be held during the three days from May 2nd to May 4th, and this time we are glad to present the most diverse programme both stylistically, and geographically. Gothic rock, trip-hop, neo-cabaret, minimal electronic, neo-folk, industrial, ambient, new wave and gothic metal will spellbound old Vilnius for a great vital mystery. And it is truly the transcontinental festival, with bands coming from Sweden, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Baltic lands.

As always, Kunigunda Lunaria is much more than only music. During these days the old town of Vilnius will be filled with various alternative arts and intimate events at different locations. From weird cinema to dark theatre, from exhibitions and excursions to absinth parties and killing DJ’s sets until dawn - Kunigunda Lunaria 2008 will become the unforgettable experience. So, come and join the outstanding Baltic vertigo for three wild days and nights in blooming Vilnius springtime!
